Executive Team Mr. Asher Z. Kohn is co-founder and CEO of First National Assets, FNA Developments and Real Investment Financing. Mr. Kohn has extensive experience in creative financing and transactional structuring. Mr. Kohn has a proven track record of creating value through a disciplined focus on underwriting and profitable growth.
Mr. Kohn began his career in skilled care geriatrics, managing facilities on the North Side of Chicago. During that time, he founded Craytex Corporation, which manufactures, imports and sells plush products. Mr. Kohn graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Talmudical Academy of Philadelphia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Talmudic Law in 1994. He also earned his Master’s Degree from Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, New Jersey. He currently serves as a committee member of the Agudath Israel of Illinois and is one of the founders of Tifereth Israel, which houses a program for at-risk youth in the Chicago community.
